模板设计器 已正确配置工作目录http://weixin.veken.com:8080/ReportServer 能正常连接，而且远程设计模板也很好！想到服务端插件管理 SAP插件是多余的，删除，重启后等了很久，一直无法开启模板设计器。
无奈只能重启电脑后，再也无法打开模板设计器。看任务管理器 显示进程 desiger 一直在重启。
查看安装目录下 error.txt 内容显示如下：

现在，想不重装模板设计器，如何手工来修改配置文件，进入本地目录，能正常打开设计器。
