看看你的c:\\windows\\system32\\dirvers\\etc\\hosts文件里是不是做过修改
直接http://127.0.0.1:8080或者http://127.0.0.1:8080/WebReport/ReportServer能打开么

http://127.0.0.1:8080，localhost：8080，可以打开 加了http://127.0.0.1:8080/WebReport/ReportServer这个打不开

重启tomcat试过么，jdk装了么，版本是什么，jdk的环境变量配置了么，配置完重启过么？

jdk的版本是1.8的，tomcat是9.0版本的，jdk和tomcat配置都没有问题啊。电脑都重启好几遍了
